Philosophy
For me, health arises from the interaction of the entire organism. Every symptom is a clue that deserves my full attention in order to understand its cause. Therefore, I take plenty of time at the beginning to take a detailed and precise medical history. This creates a multifaceted picture, on the basis of which I develop an individualized plan tailored precisely to you.
It's important to me to actively involve you and develop your personal resources. Strengthening your health awareness and self-awareness lays the foundation for any lasting change. I view every medical condition as multifactorial and, where appropriate, involve my network of physicians, osteopaths, physiotherapists, and other specialists.
I don't focus on short-term solutions, but rather on long-term strategies that support you in your daily life. Transparency, professionalism, and a holistic approach form the foundation of my work. I always consider the whole person and place great value on absolute transparency: I explain the connections between your symptoms in a clear and understandable way and provide you with the right tools for your daily life so that you can manage your symptoms independently.

Treatment process
Initial telephone consultation: a non-binding conversation in which you describe your concerns to me so that I can get an initial idea of your objectives
Getting to know you personally (examinations & training planning): I record your current status, your sporting past, and you personally as an individual embedded in your social system and your environment.
Start of the first training period: The training begins, you observe the effect of the therapy and, if necessary, we adjust the training/goals.
