About Me
My passion for exercise—and especially for football—began in childhood. Initially, it was all about having fun, but over the years, it became increasingly performance-oriented. When an injury at 14/15 curbed my enthusiasm, I had to focus more intensively on off-field training for the first time. During this period, I gained new perspectives, which developed into a fascination with exercise and health that continues to this day. Several successful years followed at the youth academy of Hertha BSC and Hansa Rostock.
At 19 or 20, I had to admit to myself that I wasn't up to a career in professional football. So I decided to channel my passion for exercise in a different direction – and began studying sports science in Berlin in 2012. During this time, I gained my first practical experience with people and their orthopedic conditions in a physiotherapy practice.
After successfully completing my bachelor's and master's degrees in 2018, I had a solid foundation in the world of movement. However, practical experience quickly showed me that this knowledge was reaching its limits when it came to complex complaints. Therefore, I began reading intensively, attending continuing education courses, and researching new approaches. In 2020, I began training as a therapist for Clinical Psycho-Neuro-Immunology (KPNI), which significantly broadened my perspective on human beings. The neurocentric approach to movement and posture has also had a lasting impact on my work.
My training and continuing education have given rise to a philosophy that incorporates as many influences on people as possible. The core of my work remains movement—supplemented by other specialist areas that enhance its impact and optimally support the power of movement.
